Overview

Saltram Wine Estate is located at Angaston in South Australia’s famous Barossa Region. Established in 1859 by William Salter, it has since become an icon of Australian winemaking and has all the warmth and charm a winery of this age can offer. Redeveloped in 2002, Saltram now offers fantastic facilities for any occasion and a culinary team second to none in the region. Your wedding will be handled by a special team of professionals who will make sure all details of your occasion are arranged with ease.

Saltram Wine Estate offers a rustic venue setting set within a winery and formal table and bar service is given on every occasion. Saltram is perfect for both a ceremony and a wedding reception.

The venue is open especially for evening functions and offers 5 different areas inside and 2 outside. All areas are available for use during the function. Saltram has one of the largest onsite catering kitchens in South Australia with talented chefs from Salter’s Restaurant. All food is sourced locally and is prepared fresh daily. Saltram’s No 1 priority is to create the perfect package and setting for the Bride and Groom to match their exact needs.

Saltram can guarantee friendly, approachable and enthusiastic staff working at your wedding function that the guests will very much appreciate. All the guests will depart the venue having nothing to talk about except how wonderful the evening/day was. A priority for Saltram is ensuring there is no stress for the wedding party. All details are planned and taken care of prior to the function and there will always be a staff member onsite to help with anything if needed during the planning process.
